Quotes are typically valid for 15 days from the date of issue. After that, material prices or availability may change, and a revised quote may be necessary.
Prices shown on our website are indicative starting figures and do not constitute a binding offer. The actual cost of your project depends on factors like wall area, surface condition, material choice, number of coats, and any additional preparation work needed.
To confirm a booking, we require an advance payment of approximately 30% of the quoted amount. This secures your slot in our schedule and allows us to purchase the necessary materials for your project.
The remaining payment is typically split into two parts: a mid-project payment and a final payment upon completion and your satisfaction with the work. We will outline the exact payment schedule in your quote.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and select digital wallets. Cash payments are accepted for smaller projects. All payments should be made to the official Annastylewall Pvt Ltd account only.
Once a booking is confirmed, we will agree on a start date and estimated completion timeline. We expect reasonable access to the work area during the agreed-upon schedule. If access is restricted or delayed on your end, the timeline may be extended accordingly.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may result in delays depending on our team availability.
We use branded paints and materials from reputable manufacturers like Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, and Dulux. The specific brand and product will be discussed and agreed upon during the quotation stage.
If you have a preference for a particular brand or product that we do not typically stock, we will do our best to source it for you. Any cost difference will be reflected in the quote.
We take pride in the quality of our work and aim to deliver results that meet or exceed your expectations. If you notice any issues with the workmanship during or after the project, please bring them to our attention immediately so we can address them.
Minor touch-ups identified during the final walkthrough are included in the project scope at no additional cost. Issues reported after the handover will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We take precautions to protect your furniture, floors, and belongings during the work — including covering them with protective sheets. However, we recommend that you move or secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before the work begins.
While we exercise care, Annastylewall is not liable for damage to items that were not moved or covered as recommended. If our team causes damage due to negligence, we will take responsibility and make it right.
