How Payments Work

We believe in keeping money matters simple and transparent. This page explains how payments are structured at Annastylewall, what methods we accept, and what you can expect at each stage of your project.

Payment Structure

For most projects, payments are split into three milestones:

For smaller projects (under ₹15,000), we may simplify this to a 50-50 split — half upfront and half upon completion.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments must be made to the official Annastylewall Pvt Ltd account. Our team will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. If anyone does, please report it to us immediately.

Invoicing

You will receive a detailed invoice for every payment milestone. Each invoice includes a breakdown of work completed, materials used, and the amount due. We also provide a final consolidated invoice upon project completion for your records.

Invoices are sent via email and WhatsApp. If you need a GST-compliant invoice, please let us know at the time of booking and provide your GST number.

Late Payments

We understand that sometimes payments get delayed. If you need a few extra days, just let us know — we are reasonable about it. However, if a milestone payment is overdue by more than 7 days without communication, we may need to pause work until the payment is received. This is not something we enjoy doing, but it helps us manage our operations fairly for all clients.

Price Adjustments

The price quoted to you is the price you pay — unless the scope of work changes. If additional work is needed (discovered during the project) or if you request changes, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding. No surprise charges, ever.

If material prices change significantly between the quote date and the project start date (which can happen with paint prices), we will inform you and discuss options before proceeding.
