Work outside the agreed scope — such as additional rooms, different materials, or extra treatments — will be quoted separately and only carried out with your explicit approval.

Our teams typically work between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. If your project requires work outside these hours — for example, in a commercial space that operates during the day — we can arrange evening or weekend schedules at a mutually agreed time.
We use branded, high-quality materials from established manufacturers. The specific products for your project are discussed and agreed upon during the quotation stage. We do not substitute materials without your knowledge and consent.
If a specific product becomes unavailable after booking, we will inform you immediately and suggest an equivalent alternative at the same or lower price point.

After project completion, if you notice any issues related to our workmanship — such as peeling, uneven finish, or missed spots — please contact us within 7 days. We will send our team to inspect and rectify the issue at no additional cost.
Issues caused by external factors — such as water leakage, structural movement, or damage from other contractors — are not covered under our post-service support.
