When you invite a service team into your home or office, trust is everything. We take that responsibility seriously. This page explains the steps we take to ensure that every person who enters your property on behalf of Annastylewall is verified, trained, and held to a high standard of professionalism.

Team Verification

Every painter, supervisor, and coordinator on our team goes through a verification process before they are assigned to any project:

• Identity verification: Government-issued ID (Aadhaar card) is collected and verified for every team member.
• Background check: We conduct basic background checks to ensure there are no red flags in a team member's history.
• Skill assessment: Painters are evaluated on their technical skills — surface preparation, paint application, texture work, and attention to detail — before being assigned to client projects.
• Reference check: For new hires, we verify references from previous employers or clients.

On-Site Conduct

Our team members are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times while on your property:

• Arrive on time and in proper work attire
• Treat your property and belongings with care and respect
• Avoid using your personal items, appliances, or facilities without permission
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially in residential areas
• Avoid smoking, alcohol, or any inappropriate behaviour on the premises
• Clean up the work area at the end of each day

If any team member behaves in a way that makes you uncomfortable or violates these standards, please report it to us immediately. We take such matters very seriously and will address them without delay.

Material Safety

All paints and materials we use are sourced from reputable manufacturers and comply with Indian safety standards. We prioritise low-VOC (volatile organic compound) products wherever possible to minimise fumes and ensure a healthier indoor environment after the project is completed.

During the work, we ensure proper ventilation in the areas being painted. If you or anyone in your household has respiratory sensitivities or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can take extra precautions.

Equipment Safety

Our teams use well-maintained equipment — ladders, scaffolding, sprayers, and tools — that are regularly inspected for safety. For high-ceiling or exterior work, we follow proper safety protocols including harnesses and secured scaffolding.

Property Protection

Before work begins, our team covers floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces with protective sheets and masking tape. We take care to prevent paint splashes, dust, and debris from affecting areas outside the work zone.

Despite our precautions, we recommend that you move or secure valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before the work starts. If any damage occurs due to our negligence, we will take full responsibility.

Supervision

Every project is overseen by a dedicated supervisor who is responsible for quality control, timeline management, and client communication. The supervisor conducts regular checks throughout the project and is your primary point of contact for any concerns.

Insurance

Annastylewall Pvt Ltd carries appropriate business insurance to cover our operations. In the unlikely event of an accident or damage caused by our team, we are equipped to handle the situation responsibly.
